Stayed here as part of a package. Had drinks first night in the bar, and was surprised to discover that hookers are legal in bars and clubs but not on the street. Some amazing sights, but is this what you expect in a supposedly 5 star hotel?

Great drinks and food at Azure which is the poolside restaurant. Relaxed and not crowded. I found the WiFi slow near the pool area, otherwise would be nice place to spend a few hours working with a great view. Tip: There are two small convenience stores on the lower level and while prices are higher than in the states for many common items, they are lower than what the hotel charges for the same items in the stocked mini fridge in your room.
It's a 5 minute elevator ride and walk and the stores are open late or always open. Avoid the taxis in front of hotel and use uber if possible. Taxis are not metered and they will always attempt to charge you more than what uber will. Especially when they see you leaving a hotel like this. I stayed at this hotel recently for three nights while vacationing in Panama. Thanks, but that does not answer my question. I checked into this room only to find the attention to detail was lacking and the room was quite dirty.
Bed Linen was stained, lamp shades had stains, floor and area carpet had stains, shower was moldy and peeling on the inside. Grout that was once white as you can see from low traffic areas in the room was black indicating filth in high traffic areas such as bathroom area. When Housekeeping serviced the room each day it was never complete.
